Mommy.....

So here lately Cally has been such a sweet girl!! She will out of the blue come and tell me that she loves me! Like today as I was cleaning house- she is sitting on the couch with her hands over her ears because I am vacuuming--- she yells at the tops of her lungs.... " mommy, hey mommy.... I love you!!!!" Man I love being a mommy!!!!!!!!!!!!!

back to reality

So much for the dream- I have to go back to work!!!! Tomorrow is my first day back with kids!! I am really nervous- it is like the first day of school for me!!! I will soon be counting down the days until Thanksgiving Break, then Christmas Break, then spring break, then the end!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Formula

So I at sat at the computer this morning- something hit me- not literally!!! Similac recalled their formula due to beetle larvae in it- side effects- gastro problems!!! Is this what was wrong with Broc- while he was sick the dr recommended we switch to Enfamil Gentleease- and now he is fine- so is this is what he was sick from?!?!?! Why did I stop breastfeeding?!?!?! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!

CHURCH

So have always wanted to go to church. When I was little I grew up in church- every Sunday- sunday school, church, sometimes sunday night, VBS,- and was always in the the christmas program. then life happened and I grew up and thought i didn't need it! What was I thinking??? Anyway I would love to go back to a church- no i don't want to go back to that one that I grew up in for personal reasons. I would love to attend a church that is family friendly and that Cally would enjoy going to- and not just sitting there with us every Sunday while we entertain her to be there. I know that God is my savior- and I want my family to look forward to going to church. So here's my question- WHERE????

It's About Time

Yes I know- it has been way too long since I have blogged!!! I have been super busy adjusting to life as a family of four! School started on August something- I really don't remember- I guess I don't have to since I didn't go back to work yet. I am taking my full 12 weeks off this time and loving it!!!! I really wish that I could be a stay at home mommy- those darn student loans!!!AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH Anyway so my days are filled with laughter and playtime with my own children until Oct 1st!!! The time is flying by and I will be back to work before I know it.
Cally is starting preschool on Tuesday:( Breaks my heart a little more every time I say that!! She is growing up sooo fast. We went to her open house last week and she was so excited and can't wait to go back- that may help me some!!! She is also going to dance camp next week and will be performing at the grape and fall festival!! She is my little dancer!!!! Music comes on and her booty starts shaking.:) She also goes to her first dentist appt next week- I may have to find time to blog about that!
Broc is growing so fast!! He is now 7 weeks old and weighs 10 pounds. We had a little scare this week with him throwing up. At first the dr thought he may have caught the stomach flu, but since he is still throwing up- we heading out to the dr again this morning! Now we have a diagnosis of severe reflux---so we got some medicine to give him twice a day and some new formula to help!! Cally also had reflux when she was a baby, but hers was so much different- she was a spitter not a puker!!!
Matt and I are trying to survive these long nights with no sleep!! But hopefully now that we know what is wrong and have things to try and help, maybe soon we will both be able to sleep again in the same bed at the same time!!!
Speaking of Matt- have I mentioned how great he is!!! He is the best dad and husband anyone could ask for!!!!
