So I figured that since it has been awhile since I posted anything, thought I would give a quick update on what is going on in my life! I finished my 4th year of teaching- I love my job and wouldn't trade it for the world- but there were some days that I thought that I wouldn't make it to the end of the year this year. I was truly blessed with 23 great kiddos and I really and truly don't want to let them all go!!!!
Cally got both of her tubes out at the beginning of May, so we are now ear plug free and everything is going great!!!! I am working hard at getting her used to the idea of having another baby around here soon, but I have a feeling that some jealousy issues are going to happen. We will deal with them, hopefully it doesn't break my heart too much!
Matt has been working hard at opening our pool and trying to get our garden planted. He has been trying hard to help me as much as possible since my belly is becoming an issue at getting things done:)
I am now 32 1/2 weeks, so I only have 7 1/2 weeks left! Yes I am getting nervous!!! I have lots left to do in the nursery, but I know that it will get done. Note to self--- don't paint a room blue until you have a bedding set picked out!!!! We have had the hardest time matching a set to the room. My wonderful mom said that she would come and paint it a different color if we need to, but that seems like such a waste of money to me. We will figure out something- we just might have to buy all separate bedding pieces and just do a simple boring brown color or something!!!!
My niece, Marti, leaves on Friday to spend the summer with her mom in Texas:( We are all going to miss her tremendously!!!!!!! I am really having a hard time with the fact that she is going to miss my birthday for the first time in her life, and that she won't be here when baby Broc is born:( We will get through it, but I know that God will help us all deal!
Hopefully since summer is here, I can blog more often now. Thanks everyone for keeping up with your blogs- yes I still have been reading them and enjoying every single one!!!!
